Deputy Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to Switzerland (2019–2023)
Artem Rybchenko is a Ukrainian diplomat and official who currently serves as the Deputy Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, a position he was appointed to in October 2025.
Prior to this role, he had an extensive diplomatic career, most notably serving as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Switzerland and Liechtenstein from 2018 to 2022. He also held significant positions within the Office of the President of Ukraine, where he focused on European and Euro-Atlantic integration.
