UR³ Platform Presented at the House of Switzerland in Davos as Ukraine’s State Recovery Framework

Davos, Switzerland | January 20

On January 20, the House of Switzerland in Davos hosted the public presentation of the UR³ (YouAreCube — Recovery, Reconstruction, Rebuilding) platform — a digital tool designed to coordinate and finance Ukraine’s recovery projects.

The event brought together representatives of government, business, international partners, and experts, and was held as a live dialogue between media, state institutions, and the private sector.

The event was organized by Dmytro Sidenko, SURA representative and President of the Ukrainian-Swiss Business Association, who created an atmosphere of open, pragmatic, and professional dialogue.

The panel discussion was moderated by Dr. iur. Anastasiia Dziuba, Legal Advisor and Steering Committee Member of the Lighthouse Legal Advisory Media Platform (Zurich).
Veronika Dudak, Steering Committee Member of Lighthouse Legal Advisory, also participated, contributing expert and media perspectives on international legal frameworks, transparency, and private sector engagement in Ukraine’s recovery.

Representing Switzerland, Jacques Gerber, Delegate of the Swiss Federal Council for Ukraine (SECO), emphasized Switzerland’s long-term commitment to supporting Ukraine through institutional cooperation and active private sector engagement.

The Ukrainian position was presented by Artem Rybchenko, Deputy Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Ukraine to Switzerland (2019–2023). In Davos, he publicly presented the UR³ platform for the first time.

The platform aims to:
– consolidate projects ready for financing;
– ensure transparent and predictable project selection;
– connect state, international, and private investment flows;
– integrate the DREAM and UR³ digital tools into a unified recovery framework.

The discussion also included Dorit Sallis, CH–UA Networks Advisor, PPF4Ukraine, Board Member of the Swiss-Ukrainian Reconstruction Agency SURA, and Ukrainian MP Lisa Yasko:

The role of business and the Ukrainian diaspora was highlighted by Alexander Romanishyn, Advisor on International Cooperation at the State Agency for Restoration of Ukraine, who emphasized the potential of diaspora-led businesses as trusted partners for attracting private capital.

The House of Switzerland in Davos once again confirmed its role as a space where discussions on Ukraine’s recovery are professional, transparent, and focused on actionable solutions.
